| Postpartum Doula Services include: |
- A free consultation to get to know each other
- Postpartum basics for 1st time moms
- Mothering the mother with comfort techniques related to
birth recovery - Baby care in your home: for a break (to allow you to
tend to yourself: shower, haircut, dinner out with your
other half) or just to get some much needed rest - Sibling care
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands (bill payment, groceries, dry cleaning)
- Family support
- Household management
- Breastfeeding education and encouragement
- Post-surgical (episiotomy/cesarean section) education
Hourly and package fees available.
